wow, wow wow wow. I literally deleted giant paragraphs of what I was going to write here multiple times, yet no matter how many words I squeeze in, they never seem to feel like enough to capture what I want to express besides: wow. I will add this to my daily hof method, and ajaan lee "method 1" practice. absolutely amazing. thank you.

I woke up this night unable to fall asleep again. Then I stumbled on your stream and I did the DMT breathing sessions. Thereafter I had a deep sleep for the rest of the night ! Thank you 🙏.

What kind of breathing takes you to a deep level but is safe for pregnant women?

Wonderful question. I'm no expert. But this guy Take A Deep Breath on KZbin has very relaxing breathing techniques that I think would be fine for pregnant women. This one called lymphatic breathing takes me super deep. I enter almost like a lucid dream

I would stick to calming down techniques only. Pregnant women’s body are optimal already. Just slow breathing techniques is enough.
