I have followed you from day one. This my friend is your best work. Production, filming, narrative and best of all portraying Mexico as it is. Nicely done!!!!

That's awesome that's my home town born and raised there till I was 5 yrs old.. then moved up to the states... Still have all my family there and visit quite often... in January we have our patron saint fiesta.. Señor del Monte... Town gets packed with visitors. The birria is the best around on the weekends the people from Guadalajara fill those restaurants up... Roca Azul started out as a soft drink factory then became a campground and a place for people to from Guadalajara to buy summer homes... Have family that lives there... You landed in an awesome town...

Another good video. Reminds me of the old travel movies about exotic places. A new modern twist on an old favorite. Looks like a high rent district there. Very clean. Joe, if a Lady brings you fresh home made tortillas, you eat them and say Thanada.

Reminds me so much of some of my travels in Thailand....colors , music , vendors....and the friendly atmosphere of the locals. Street food and small cafe's , even the knife/machete used to chop the meat...lol. Such a casual make do with what you have attitude.

I really enjoyed this video...the people, hospitality & food are all amazing. I also enjoyed your bike ride through the area and great narrative. Not sure why you are on a diet dude...you appear fit & healthy. If you must diet, wait until you return to the US. Happy New Year... May 2022 bring you continued health & adventure!

The town easy of there, Ajijic, is nice as well, there is a small chapel on the mountain side that I hiked up to in 08, You can see it if you look for it. The view from it is AMAZING.

Joe your the 'Anthony Bourdain' of Mexico!! "Tender enough that a toothless meth addict" 😃!!! Your voice over narration, miles of scenic exploration plus interaction with locals rather than smoove with snowbirds is golden. Somehow the word must get out your channel deserves more subs!! Thanks for sharing.. I sub and like on cell phone and firestik tv. plus watch multiple times giving thumbs up. Happy New Year Joe to you and yours.

And remember 42 psi is the tire pressure you must run on this bike ,& for good reason....Oh well , good thing they are at least radials. Mine's a ST 2006 . Saddle bag tip over bars ,here I come ! That said I can't fault this bikes handling & overall manners .

@dirtymotorcyclevagabond3 жыл бұрын
A little higher than Jocotepec, I didn't spend too much time there since the traffic was too crazy. Luckily you can lane split on a bike. Up in Guadalajara, you can get by pretty cheap.

American corn fed beef is so unhealthy. It only takes 4 to 5 months to make a fully grown,ready for market cow in America because of GMO corn. This also makes the meat very fatty and causes the cow to become diabetic, basically feeding us unhealthy fat diabetic suffering cows for fast profit. A grass fed cow is healthy, happy and naturally has lean meat that takes a little over a year to be ready for market. Slower profit but way healthier leaner meat.
