Q3:the options of 1 and 2 are correct. The green arrow allows you to make a protected turn which means all and pedestrian in the intersection must yield and on coming vehicles are stopped by red traffic signal. The questions statement should be constructed as select all that apply to true statement.

Number 19. If you Google and read carefully, you will see all three answers in the same paragraph. However A is listed first. Again, a mistake by the DMV or they are definitely making it harder for seniors. Their own paragraph information states A first. Then next sentence is B and the last sentence in the paragraph is C. This needs to be corrected.

Some are crap questions No one would get them. Powers that be are going after seniors. Consumer reports said seniors do not get into accidents as frequently as do our younger cohorts.

The tire question on a hill can be misinterpreted. "Turn your tires toward" could mean to some people, the front of the tire, not the back. There's trouble afoot with that reading interpretation...
