This is a great tutorial. The DNA air filter are simple to install, the quality is TOP, the design is very good ! The manufacture is really well done, and they fit very well in the air box, in some cases they fit better than the original OEM air filters.

Hello. I bought a DNA filter. for Honda CRF 300L. With the grease included, is the filter ready to use or should it be oiled anyway?

Hello there! Thank you for your trust in products. All of our new filters are oiled and ready to be used. You just need to install the sealing grease on the sealing gasket. Please note that you should apply a small quantity of grease on the sealing gasket. Do not apply the whole bottle. Ride safe.

I just installed the filter and forgot about the grease. Its a mt 09 21 mod, would u reccomend taking it out an apply grease? Or can i continue without?

Hello, if a grease is not included then it is not needed. Depends on the application if we include a grease or not.

I just installed on my 2018 ninja 650 put everything back together and now check engine light is on and the gear indicator just flashes 2 lines any tips?

Hello Joey, unfortunately we don't know what is happening. You have to check with your local mechanic for this issue. The sure thing is that an air filter won't put a "check light" on your bike. Maybe together with our filter you have installed something else which triggered the check light.
