What’s the difference with this SA case 7+ years ago being qualified for prosecution, and Diddy’s DV/SA clip on Cassie that was almost 8+ years ago that LA allegedly “can’t do anything about”??

The statute of limitations is different for sexual assault than it is for domestic violence. The video clip with Cassie only showed DV and it is outside the SoL for DV. It still remains to be seen whether he will be brought up on SA and similar charges, as he is still being investigated.

Two different states. Each state has it's own statute of limitations for various crimes.

It took 7 yrs but thank God for the florida law that was able to solve this case , praise God for the justice , dont give up that justice will be served just keep believing God will make a way
