Well an argonaut basically is an inspired hero so my guess the main theme would be inspiration like the bard's inspiration then higher up it will be a group inspiration. Also they can turn the tide of battle when odds are against them. So i'm thinking of having HP set as table turners (have advantages when a certain amount of hp is gone).

Gennisa Rosebane teiflings already have the succubus part covered, but I have home brewed a whole variety of teifling subraces for all variety of demons and devils so they feel more fleshed out (same with aasimar and other similar races too). If you need ideas for what to give them in your brew I suggest giving a modified friends cantrip(a bit more than friends if you know what I’m sayin), an aura that makes normal people more relaxed/attracted to/ whatever else that is a minor effect you want really when they’re in the general vicinity of the player, and in later levels the ability to cast alter self at will/X times per day as they “awaken” their heritage more fully.

Cody Durden Please don't take this as me being a shit, but use context clues. It's big deal seems to be a combination of sleep effects, Necrotic damage, and summing shades. Add in resistance to non-magical slashing, bludgeoning and piercing damage and a weakness to radiant. Outside of combat it's mostly just flavor albeit very very good flavor. You could probably cobble together something by looking at other incorporeal undead like shadows and wraiths and adding in aspects of night terrors and sleep Paralysis. A good one basis would be the Mare, a Scandinavian demon where we get nightmare and how the old Norse explained sleep Paralysis

Like I thought all the given backstory was that Borky had been another clan orc, full or nothing but orcs, up until his mother's death and his banishment or some such. Some Rules Lawyering I know but... Task Can’t Hold an attack after making one. The sleep spell should have affected Task long before Borky. The shatter spell should have damaged the wall. Panic can’t cast Shatter and Healing Word on the same turn, you can only cast one leveled spell a turn. Could have done Healing Word and a Cantrip, but no other combination. Task’s Hunters Mark should have died when he prepared Hail of Thorns as both are concentration spells. Willow shouldn’t have had to make death saves. They did subdue attacks.

Sleep is actually one of the best spells in the game... until you get past level 4 and it becomes literally the worst spell in the game

What level they are at, it literally doesn't affect them, nor will it be useful. It's one of the reasons why Greckles did not pick up that spell when he chose his path at level 3.

It's not a useless spell at higher levels. You just need to cast it at higher levels, and know when to use it. Every higher level spell slot means two extra d8 for a non-lethal spell.
