Just putting the right number of toes on her feet, and making her claws more visible, is doing Krystal much more justice than Nintendo ever did. They didn't even make her playable in the Smash Bros. Wii game - just made her a lousy trophy.

@@HylianWindRider Well, in addition to finding her cute and her accent hot, I like that she's one of the more compassionate members of the team in Assault, and makes good use of her psychic skill. Of course, seeing more of her magic in action wouldn't have hurt. In fact, I probably would've liked Adventures better if it played like that new Ratchet and Clank game, so that Krystal would get more actual play time.

They chose the model from what I understand due to its quality; which sadly was only this outfit (which is popular for OBVIOUS reasons). The modder would ahve to contact the person who made the mod and have them make a new one from scratch in the jumpsuit.

Hm why Launcher? In my book Krystal ain't much of a gunner. I think Inquistor would have worked better as a base, due to the polearm weapon and Krystals connection to her staff. But I guess Launcher has more sexy poses? Or maybe is the more viable and popular character?

I haven’t been more confused by a mod in all my life. You actually hired Estelle Ellis to record lines for a mod, for a game having nothing whatsoever to do with Star Fox, which she only voiced once 20 years ago, and she said YES? For how much? Why put Krystal in DNFD anyway? I… there are no words for how befuddled I am by this turn of events. Edit: Doing further research on this did not help. Apparently, Estelle Ellis is majorly in the tank for Krystal. Her Twitter feed is all Krystal all the time, and she seems to provide voice over for Event Horizon? I am more confused than ever.

Having worked with Estelle for over 8 months and interacting with other voice actors and devs that worked on Star Fox, it seems a lot of them just wanted to keep working on the series over the last 20 years while Nintendo mismanaged and slowly let the franchise die. Fan work is pretty much the only option left for some of them.
