Usually only one concept is discussed per video to keep the time at around 15 min, so please go through the total playlist...you will realise it is covered very elaborately...

please why is the syn speed is equal to (120f/p) but in some books is saying (60f/p). thank you

Depends whether you want the speed in revolution per minute or revolutions per second

120f/p( p means total no of pole. i.e for 4 pole machine: p=4) 60f/p(p means pair of pole. ie for 4 pole machine p=2)
