I cried like a child the day my 13 years old daughter opened up to me and told me what her mother did to her and the mental abuse she put her through and I did not see it she manupulat our daughter very badly she deserves jail time the way she abused her daughter

This is really sad. You are so determined to make everything a gender issue you would overlook harm to children from mothers.. You aren’t protecting people and children when you approach this in a gendered way and you re-traumatising some people. Children are statistically safer with their fathers so I don’t understand this approach.

She has videos for male survivors, look through them. Also I think that most DV videos focus on Male abusers as the majority are, there are some really good programmes for male survivors, Pat Craven has a great one and also there is an organisation on his site for Dads too. I think all of the same things apply with all abusers, gender is irrelevant, it’s just more common to be female victims. The reason the cases of child harm is so high is because only a very tiny percentage of fathers are full times carers, and *per capita* the percentages are similar but with fathers being more violent to sons. Remember that we are all victims of abusers here and we need to support each other, not divide. Abusers are abusers.
