The bar is so low in the USA because the bar is so high for women here. In South America it's not like that. Speaking about the girl from 6:26
@fray3dendsofsanityАй бұрын
It's not even that the bar is "high" in the USA. The bar is confusing, contradictory and many times shallow. And yeah, many women will not pay you any mind at all unless they ARE interested in you in the US, so yeah seeing a friendly woman making conversation with you easily is a foreign concept to a lot of us American men

That girl was saying dating an Italian is bad and she wants to date a russian guy?! They are worse that that Italian guy she described! Some people have a fantasy about what they think they want and they get and then realize its nothing like their fantasy, lol.
@joshualieberman10593 ай бұрын
As a Russian man I agree that it’s extremely hard to find a “culturally fit” Russian man with certain upbringing for you to “click together” some ladies just have weird fantasies based on certain “exotic” stereotypes they got somewhere God knows where. Russians are great friends though both males and females.

It comes off as more of a fetish then being genuinely interested in the person which means the foundation that the attraction is built on is false and I concur with your observation.

Seems like theres a weird arrogance or superiority complex going on over there or something.. Sure ive met arrogant people all over the world but its usually a wealth / status or 'intelligence' and sometimes purely racial arrogance, i dont think ive ever been to a place where everyone thinks theyre superior in love, energy and happiness... its bizarre!? 😂 And its pretty ironic really. And when they refer to 'foreigners', who are they talking about?? Americans? Theres an entire planet of very different people out there! It sounds like they refer to foreigners as some kind of singlar entity here..

I'm originally from South Korea(currently living in the U.S.). Recently I saw this one Korean KZbin, where they were making list of countries with the top strongest anti-Korean sentiment. And Argentina made it to the list. While China and Japan made it to the list, that's kind of understandable considering they are neighbor countries with strong political conflicts with Korea, while Vietnam also made it to the list, I put blame more on Koreans for their condescending disregards to Vietnamese people. Argentina have no historical and political conflict with South Korea(like Japan and China), nor have they collectively faced racism from Koreans(as have Vietnamese have). The person who made the list said, Argentinians generally have stronger anti-Asian racism.
@marcosfraguela3 ай бұрын
I don't think that's true
@TomiVainilla3 ай бұрын
As an Argentinian I can say that's not true at all, no one cares if you're Korean.

Whoever made that list lied... There is a huge kpop wave here... i know absoluteley no one who dislikes Koreans, in fact the Korean-Argentine community here is pretty big, we all have at least one Korean-Argentine friend. There is some Anti-China sentiment though, it would be interesting to know why
@enzito_sdf69783 ай бұрын
kinda weird. there is a lot of asian people in argentina, but mostly from mainland china. never seen much racism towards them, aside from a few nutjobs during covid ...
@franciscovilcheavila9603 ай бұрын
We discriminate asians because they overwork they employers, they dont interact with the rest of the population , they exclude everyone who is not like them and koreans specially THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER THEIR STORES/shops etc and they discriminate everyone who is not like them when they are foreigners living in Argentina, same happens in other latinoamerican countries like Mèxico etc. Koreans discriminate every asian who is from South East Asia and have dark skin ¿who is really the anti-asian here? Because that stuff is really asian hate what koreans do with indians, vietnamese,filipinos etc funny enough they have stores in India and Philippines and they dont allow indians or pinoys.Same when in Korea people dont allow foreigners in clubs and put a big sign "Not indians or pakistanies allowed" and how they discriminate black people specially if they are from Africa or white people who comes from latinoamerican countries just because they came from poor countries. In Argentina the more discrimination than you can feel somebody call you "chinese" and making their eyes squirty much less compared to what koreans do in their home country with foreigners, you can enter what ever store you like, nobody denyies you enter in a bar/club etc

What's a girlfriend all about? A girl you never Marry but you get to have sex and use her for an average of 2.5 years when most relationships end? Dating is pretty easy when you both know what you want and that should be to honor God in marriage. Because sex outside of marriage is fornication and no fornicators will inherit heaven.
@vanessahobbes30723 ай бұрын
Not necessarily true. A girlfriend/boyfriend title can allow a person to get to know their partner and deepen their relationship since they have the mutual understanding that they will not be dating anyone else.
@franciscovilcheavila9603 ай бұрын
and how do you know somebody enough in 2 years and half enough to marry? because being in a relationship and marriage and living together are a big distance, in Argentina people needs to know enough to be boyriend/girlfriend and enough a lot of time to living together and a couple of years to decide if they want to marry because you never know enough who a person is until you live with them , you never know how they are until you live only in their income, you never know how they are until you have kids with them and that is something can scare everyone
