I lived over 20 years outside of my beloved Serbia, traveled literally the whole world, have met people and friends from all over the planet and must say that I am so proud and thankful to God that I was born in exactly this country and this glorious and brave nation! Most people don’t know but our Vinca culture is the oldest in the world with the oldest known calendar and the oldest alphabet. Much older than Mesopotamia, old Egypt etc. Our men are righteous and very brave, some of the best warriors in the history of mankind. Serbs are some of the tallest and strongest people in the world. Also some of the smartest minds including Tesla, definitely the greatest man that ever lived! Love to all our brothers in Balkans, politics divided us but we know we are the same people, love to all our Slavic brothers with a wish to stop fighting each other, love 🇮🇷 🇦🇲 🇬🇪 🇲🇽 🇱🇾

Iam wondering if this food stinginess could have its roots during the second world war the dutch people suffered mass starvation with many deaths especially old people and children....

A dude who talks about spending time with a woman is a typical SIMP. You BOTH spend time with each other and you BOTH need to take responsibility for the future of the relationship

I love how women like to pretend that they don't cheat nearly as much, if not as much, as men.

Funniest thing is spotting the dutchies who claim this is not their hospitality we're talking about here. I work in the hospitality branche and i'm very open towards sharing. But I send Tikkies all the time and i'm always aware of what I share with otgers and what they share with me. Because I know some people will try to screw you over for being too friendly here. Unfortunately going Dutch is inherited into our culture.

Culture shock watching this interview. In asia, it is considered rude to do these when speaking to another person: keep brushing our hair, place hand on the waist, keep moving or shaking our body.

It only makes sense for strangers to split the bill, you don't know eachother, you dont love eachother, any chivalry would not be genuine but forced. Couples that love eachother, naturally pay for eachother, its not expected, it just happens, spontaneous.

I agree a hundred percent about waisting food. It's seen as a very bad thing in my culture. In Brazil often we put leftovers in Tupperwares to avoid it from happening. About sharing, I think this is more personal and has to do with the nature of the relationship you have to the people who you're meeting with and the financial standards of everyone involved. To me, as far as the rules are put clearly before hand, it's ok. I can pay for a friend, I can split and I can pay my share afterwards. I think I just don't like assumptions without clear warning. As long as things are clearly stated, I'm ok with it - which makes me think I hate it when my fellow countrymen do such assumptions or expect me to think or act according to what they're thinking and expecting without any communication. I just hate this aspect of my own culture.

Norwegian here. The reason why many of us will not offer deep conversation is because we don't really wanna talk to you at all. We want the conversation to be over so we can move on. And I should mention that this is mostly a city-folk thing. People living in smaller communities away from the cities tend to be a lot more welcoming, open and caring. But if you can (somehow) befriend a Norwegian, then you'll find that they are equally as capable of deep and meaningful conversation as anyone else. We just don't wanna open up to strangers, is all.

6:35 "Ego...ego is also a thing. For men." Uh huh, sure. Thanks for making the distinction. Stick to that mindset. It's totally not Dutch girls' ego ever playing up or them acting high and mighty (even though they were raised in a modest lower, middle class family) once you do show your interest and make a move.

This is funny to watch after having dated an Argentine and currently being in a relationship with another, there are definitely those women that enjoy "The game" more than getting into a relationship, but there are also a couple that just want a healthy relationship, those ones are the most passionate ones out there. I got mine and I ain't letting her go (I'm Dutch btw.)
