@@AshamanUL777 That is an NIJ Level IIIA ballistic helmet from Iron Armadillo. It’s got some weight to it. You may be able to find a much cheaper option on Amazon if you just look up “tactical helmet” that will come with the attachment in the front. Not ballistic though.

Why not put the wide angle lense on one since i hear it block the ir but since using two should be ok and wouldn't it increase fov by roughly 15%?

@@TrainToLIVEinTheTruth if you use the wide lens it has to be on both NVG30s because it actually zooms out the picture a bit. It's worth it to be honest but each lens is about 160 grams so adding 2 will make the whole bino setup almost 1kg 😅

Duals are needed for stereoscopic vision, to understand depth and distance. But it is impossible with digitals.

@@TrainToLIVEinTheTruth I think it has more to do with Most Digitals being a single camera . Not giving true Stereoscopic. Dual digital nods should still achieve the stereoscopic effect once they also match the Field of View and a high enough framre rate, also the image delay versus more instantaneous from analogue tubes

Dude have you ever even tried vr? Stereoscopic vision is absolutely possible with double digital nvg. Of course if you want it to be effective and not feel sick framerate and latency must both be good. Ordered an nvg30 and will compare to my echos once it arrives
