@Ebony Hayes You don't happen to have the bill number, do you? This should indeed go to the SCOTUS. Over half of all western European outright ban mail-in ballots due to the very issues we're facing now. Many other European countries severely curtail mail-in balloting, and/or allow only absentee voting. If this current situation is allowed to stand, I'm afraid the legal precedent will be set and we'll never have an honest election again (to the degree our elections have ever been honest, tbh)

He hasn't changed much in the last 12 years. Back in 2008 I was 20, naive and hopeful...seeing how Dr. Paul was treated by the Republican party woke me up to the reality and intractability of politics. Now, I'm honestly glad he didn't win. D.C. is rotten to the core and on his own, Ron probably wouldn't have been able to change much. Still, I'm eternally grateful to have learned about him and his ideas, which continue to influence my thinking today. If only more politicians could have even an ounce of the integrity and respect for liberty that Ron Paul has.

Anyway, it doesn't matter if the claims of any particular religion are verifiable or true. What matters is the effect that that religion has on the evolutionary success of its adherents. All this corruption and fraud, this lurch toward the political and philosophical travesty that is socialism, is the result of the decadence fostered by the astounding prosperity and success of capitalism. Libertarianism is the perfect ideology for hardworking, moral, responsible people, and for a people who abhor criminal violence and destruction of property. That’s not our society, today. Many libertarians make a big mistake regarding democracy. Because democracy is not = representation, per see. Democracy can exist without political representations as via parliaments. That is the case because the core meaning of demcoracy is not voting and representation, but conversation-driven decision-making between individuals. One can be against political representation and still be in favour of democracy.
