@@jellybeanboy ??? Please compare the effort that goes into cleaning this, to that of cleaning a bath tub. That's how we evaluate how much effort this task takes.
@Nicole-kc1vx8 ай бұрын
@@kickmuncher3 "dumb it down". Lol. At the end of the day, it's about sitting in warm water for prolonged periods of time. Also, taking baths aren't for cleaning yourself. I wouldn't ever soak in a bath to clean myself, you are literally sitting in your dead skin. You need to shower to properly wash yourself, or use a bucket of water and a tool that helps you splash it on yourself to wash off the dirt. Baths are for relaxation, same as a hot tub.
@bewxtchd7 ай бұрын
I would hope your cleaning your bathtub at least once a week so i dont see how the hot tub you clean less often is too much work
@Nicole-kc1vx7 ай бұрын
@@bewxtchd ofc you clean your bath tub more frequently than a hot tub, but does cleaning that tub require removing parts of it to hose down? Or vacuuming up dead insects? And if you are cleaning your tub frequently, you won't have a build up of dirt and grime that requires vigorous scrubbing, so it's more so a quick wipe down than anything else. Therefore, still much less effort than cleaning a hot tub.

I love hot tubs but my advise is never allow anyone else to use it as they wont follow instructions to keep it clean. This includes urinating(yes people do that) and all kinds of skin products/detergents on swimwear. This made it very expensive to keep clean with chemicals and often lead me to change the water.

There are a lot of options. Most hot tubs have plugs that you can just drain it right there, most people don't want to do that. You certainly don't want to be flooding the area around the hot tub that you're working on. But there are other things that you can use I am not a hot tub owner so I don't know what they are called but if you go to a pool supply store I'm sure that they have hoses and things like that that make it so you can put something in the water and it will drain it it seems as though that's what they did here. And you can like bring it to an area of the lawn that you are not going to be stepping in all day long.
