I’ve been wanting to do a spoken word about my Lord for a long time. But every time the enemy showed fear of being criticised and laughed by people. I fell for the trap but no more! You've clearly been through alot. That much is clear. However There are other Coping mechanisms then Prayer. Try talking to a Grief counselor or talk to the people closest to you. At a certain point even the bible won't be enough to stop the pain. At some point even Prayer just won't cut it. Just Talk to someone. Not Something.
