Thank you, I do feel so much better. I'm kinda stuck right now hence the wanting to get back at the 30 minutes a day of activity. It was easier when we were doing work around the house and yard every day. But with Fall arriving soon it will be too easy to get lazy so I need to get back in the routine of forcing the actual exercise if I am not being active naturally, if that makes sense! thanks for being here :)

yes that is so true. And honestly when I was editing this I couldn't help but this...is there a point to this???? no, not really. And I almost stopped. But it is what it is. I just didn't want to be gone for too long!!! I am trying to only post when I have something to share but I am really noticing that my life is what I make of it and right now I am have a blast just working and doing my little hobbies and just living ya know!!?? Happy to see everyone's names pop up though. That part does feel great, like I am saying hello to my friends in a way. That makes it worth it for sure!

With socials, some people think it's ok to bring others down. It's all the forms of disrespect. Ignorance, bullying... Too many don't even realize they're doing it or have done it while others are - well, ignorant. It literally ticks me off, whether it's done to me or anyone else, and I strictly refuse to do it. Although there's the exception of, basically, 'returning the favor.'

my boyfriend's dad recently made a golf hole on their 50 acre property. it even has a sand trap and got the sand for free from somewhere. and somehow made their own green. great to practice on and play with our friends after dinner! and now they are already planning to make a second hole🤣🤦‍♀ we get balls of facebook aswell! great deals on there! yall got lucky with the 300+ balls!

Have you read Lady Tan's Circle of Woman? Lisa See. I really liked it. I've also been having a hard time finding a decent book. It's so frustrating because I love to lose myself in a book. Sometimes I'll get excited for half the book, then it fizzles. 😒 Good to see you, have a good day! 😊

aww thanks, its been a really slow process this year that started when I got super busy getting the house ready to sell (which we changed our minds!). so since then I have been trying to just eat better and stay active as much as possible each day! Ken and I both are at our lowest weights in years!! Taking it slowwwww, has really helped.
