Hi ma'am, iam a life science graduate(Bsc cardiac perfusion technology) , pass out in 2020, later I did a certification course in medical coding and worked for only six months till May 2023, So I have career gap also, is it possible to get a job in CR now?

If you are life sciences students, master’s degrees is preferred in Clinical research. You can consider doing job in Medical coding and simultaneously can do PG diploma in CR. There are institutes who offers diploma in reasonable prices.
