this is the best advice I've heard. my biggest struggle after sleeve was getting my vitamins in. I got extreme nausea taking the bariatric vitamin after surgery. wish you would have been there at blossom when I had surgery!! great info for bariatric patients!

I don't drink anything with vitamins in it, and I only use patches (a lot of them) and my labs are great 🤷‍♀️
