I lost 166 i weighed, nearly 300 pounds.. i am age 64 i am 5"2.. i wear a petite 6-8,, I used to wear a size 3x.. may 21,2022.I will Be 7 years Post Op Vertical Sleeve Gasterectomy or VSG.i have been blessed!! i have kept it all off.In November 2018, i had Stomach loose skin Surgery. Had. My belly Button removed too. I had over 4 pounds removed off my Stomach.. i have kept my weight all off. I eat no breads, drink no Sodas.. i eat very clean and very Healthy.. i eat very little Junk. No fast foods..

I’ve lost 80lb since gastric sleeve surgery April 2023. Gone from a size 18/20 to a size 12/14 😂. Been given advice to look after my new stomach, because it can stretch? Not sure if that’s true? But after going through all that, I’m healthy eating & I don’t eat & drink at the same time. Going to treat my new stomach with respect after going through that ❤

I'm 8 months out. I've lost about 90 lbs. I want to maintain my weight now but it keeps dropping. I'm starting to look unwell. What can I do to try and maintain now
