I think your condo looks nice, airy and clean. Don't see why high density is a problem. I would prefer high density as it means there is a sizeable community and usually amenities tend to be provided better when there is more demand.

Where is this complex ? How much are the on going fees to help with facilities etc. In Australia 🇦🇺 we call these body corporate fees. Fees each condo owner pays per quarter to help uphold the building. Ta

Not really close to public transport. Depend what you mean by close . Nearest mrt station 10 min drive there is one bus stop but don't know how this bus operating

If u stay in a lower density place it will be much better like less than 1K units in total. But more expensive. Am sure u can have your own landed place in future! Congrats on 2k subs

Where r u? It is not a problem to travel on LRT, Commuter or Grab? We go back almost every year since 2002 and I love Malaysia. My wife is Malaysian and still has a Malaysian passport so is able to buy property in her as a local. We live in NZ and she has PR in NZ. We are looking at buying a condo in KL close to her parents in KL. There are some nice appartments condos in Sentul. The exchange was good too at 2.85 to NZ dollar.
