I've had mine since new; absolutely no issues. For me, it answered two problems I was having with slabs: the size and form feel much better in my hand than the massive S23 Ultra; and I can use cheap tempered glass protectors on the front screen, instead of expensive Whitestone Dome. I'm sticking with the form factor, but eill likely pass on the Fold5, as rumors suggest very minor changes.

The only thing I will go for the fold 5 from the fold 4 is the new water drop hinge which gonna make it fold completely flat arcording to the rumors :D

@@doratien385 Yes, that'll make for a cleaner look and feel. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's going to get rid of the crease, so it's not enough to get me to upgrade from my Fold4. I'm going to wait for either the S24 Ultra, or the Fold 6

I love mine! Also had it since it came out in fall of '22. Didn't think I'd use it, but I tend to use multi tasking and Taskbar alot. I also like the thinner front screen because it has a different feel from inner screen which makes phone more valuable. I also love s pen support!! Battery life could be better; but the pros outweigh the cons. Oh yeah, like he said "the camera and its pictures are good enough for me!!

It's true that the Oppo and Google Fold have external screens too wide, but on the other hand, that of the Fold 4 is not wide enough for my taste. All I want is a Galaxy Fold ( of course with Samsung's software), with the form factor of the Huawei Mate X3, a better camera system and especially a larger battery 🔋 of at least 4800-5000mAh. If Samsung can do that, they will bend the Folds game.

Nah, still too wide. I don't believe there's a perfect width for foldables. It's either too wide or too narrow.

How to you add the folder app on the bottom bar... I only see it to the left

It is because those apps on the bottom bar are the apps from the home screen bottom row. His bottom row of apps has an app folder, therefore the bottom bar has the same folder.

Just drag the apps and put it on top of the app on thr bottom it will automatically create a folder

I bought used fold 4 and exactly in 1 day the internal screen damaged! issue with loose hinges pins underneath which is not visible and not covered with warranty.... sold the phone as is with big loss and worst experience with mobiles ever!

They had a 30% off offer for the z fold 4 which just ended on last Wed 07/06/23, got mine 256gb for only A$1679 and I'm really happy with the phone and might swap/trade in for the up coming fold 5 as the rumors said the new water drop hinge will make it fold completely flat+no more crease :D

Sorry disagree the aspect ratio of the front screen is wrong. Most people most of the time will be using the outer screen not the inner

I did not chose the Fold. I have the Note 20 Ultra and never got the fold 3 as I was hoping back then to see an improvement on the outer front screen but they made the fold 4 which was almost Identicle so never got that and when I heard about the fold 5 I thought yes Samsung will make the outer screen wider so its normal aspect ratio and change the hinge so it folds completely flat. Now I have heard that they are not changing the outer screen and there will still probably be a crease on the inner screen even with the new hinge I think I will wait for the Samsung S24 Ultra

Hmmm... I don't think foldables are for you? I'm very happy with the current aspect ratio - anything bigger will negatively impact the unfolded display - like what I've experienced on the OPPO Find N2.
