The scratch is just some "patina" you get with a natural gemstone. If you bring it to a lapidary, they can buff it for you (or a jeweler can have the table polished). Morganite has really beautiful energetic properties. Love, love, love!!!

Pictures do NO justice to morganites! I have an oval morganite on a halo band and pictures never capture its true beauty! And I love cleaning it the same way 🩷 💍
