Hello I sue the driver who hit my parked car I am in the state of Arizona when I went to court the judge allowed her attorney to bring in a witness that worked for her insurance company. The judge told me that she found him credible and judged in favor of the defendant I had been told then if I sue the driver that hit my car that they could not call a witness to testify who works for the insurance company of the driver is that correct?

What if the driver is at fault but isn’t on the insurance with his dad which is his dad car will the dad insurance pay?

Thank you Shalom Mr. Schwartz I'm trying to get my cases together I know who hit me and injured me but that person didn't want to give there info that day ...and there insurance allegedly denied my claim. So I have full coverage and my insurance company settled with the injured party(small fenderbender) for $ 30,000 ....however now after 2 years ,the injured party has filed a lawsuit against me....is this even legal ?

What happens if the at fault driver has less coverage then what it cost to pay for my medical bills and lost wages and pain and suffering?

You would have to hope the driver has enough money to pay the judgment. You wouldn't automatically get money.

Ben I was hit while my car was parked in a parking lot by a truck. It was unattended.. I have police report saying other guys fault but it took over 4 month to fix as car was undrivable and parts took 4 months to receive so I rented an equivalent rental car and my agent said he would include it in Demand letter; however, my insurance company never submitted my receipts like agreed but only recovered their losses. 1) I thought it was traditional for my insurance company to go after a fault party, what’s next do I sue the driver of the truck or the truck company

Good afternoon. Your best bet is to submit your claim and supporting documentation to the at-fault driver’s insurance company to request reimbursement. This is not something your insurance company would be expected to do for you. If the at-fault driver’s insurance company refuses to pay, then you would need to sue the at-fault driver and possibly the company that employed him.
