Hi Paul! Do you have any videos or tips for inside corners that are greater than 90 degrees? We have multiple inside corners in our home that are ~135 degrees. They are not crisp, clean lines. They are squiggly, and we’re not sure how to fix. Having trouble finding content around this. Thanks!

I believe this easier than using just an 6" for first two coats. An 6" knife alone doesn't spread mud evenly and you want be kind fast so mudd not dry up.

Fold your tape, put against wall, and use your blade to cut a 45° corner. Apply mud, consistently with no board showing but mud not thicker than 2mm, apply your tape with 45° corner in the 3 way junction. Use a 4" blade/scraper and from 300mm from 3 way junction, with the angle of blade encouraging mud to flow out from under tape, gently but swiftly run your blade toward the corner, your mud will need to be a little on the sloppy side for cornering. Then 50mm above where you began your run toward corner, start gain going away from corner. Do this gently but with consistent and swift motion, cleaning your blade with every 4-500mm stroke. When top coating, if not skilled with corner trowell, Use a 6" blade, and skim coat 3 adjacent sides, wait til dry, and do the other 3.

Hello - you’re videos have been such a life saver! 1st time home owner, and working on removing wall paper from 2 bathrooms. It’s coming along great - but, for each bathroom there’s about an inch of space between the door and the corner wall which I’m having a hard time reaching (and of course, there was wall paper on it). I believe you requested " drywall tube"... I feel compelled to say this about u tube. There are so many ppl making videos that are disaster in disguise I want to scream. However , when professionals or highly talented diy'ers take time to demonstrate (with a direct to the point audible) it is invaluable to folks that are possibly intimidated by the complexity of doing things right. I probably don't thank the ones that are a huge asset to so many . Thank you for doing just that I also hope you helpful folks get compensated for doing it. I doubt ALOT of pros realize how important it is to include what seems so obvious when they do it for a living. The quick mention of those details with the "why" you do "it" is all it takes.again many thanks Peace 😎

Wow, this is how I wish I had used this corner tool. I bought a wall board brand one, and I found the corner was not nearly sharp. Maybe it was just for placing mud, and not finishing (the one I had). It had like a 1/8 radius on the 90 degress corner (1/4 inch round). I'm tempted to whack it into something sharper.

Hi Paul, new subscriber here. I've searched your available videos and haven't found one to address my specific problem. Hope you can help. The tape in upper corners in a few of my rooms (primarily bathrooms) has separated from the ceiling. The total affected area equals approx 60+ linear ft.
