Hey all - this is Sean - director of WorshipMob. To answer the numerous questions about the male dancer and the colorful flags, there was no intention of promoting a LGBTQ agenda in this video. We asked a few dancers to be involved in worship through dance, and he chose these flags, because they were what we had available. He later used some wooden swords in dance, and that does not imply that we intend to hurt people or war with people, just as there was no hidden agenda in using these colorful flags. Regardless, the rainbow was originally a God-given symbol, for peace and protection, and that God's wrath would not fall on His beloved like that ever again. Our video team thought the dancing with the flags was beautiful, and so we included the worship dancing, to show the variety of ways to worship, as we always hope to. Some of you may love it, and some may not. In our worship, we want to take risks and challenge the norms, as David did (worshiping past the normal cultural codes, he even considered himself undignified), in order for all of us to encounter the radical and life-changing power of God through worship. Wow. I first heard Osby Berry about a year ago. My pastor has said we should feed on the faithfulness of God. He has never failed, we may have quit before the manifestation, but HE never fails. I have always loved this song since the 1st time i heard it. Its on constant rotation in my playlist. It has been ministering to me so much lately. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. I was only 17weeks and he did not survive. I find comfort in knowing he's with the Lord and that God never makes mistakes. Even if I don't understand why, I'm holding on to his promises for my life. My favorite part of this video is seeing the fingers of the man who is playing the piano. They are clean like he scrubbed them but they still have a tinge of something to them like he works hard during the day. Fully trusting in God is very hard. It calls us to act in great faith daily, but think about how great life could be if we lived without worry, stress, anxiety, fear, and doubt. We must intentionally focus on God’s plans for us and not our own, and sometimes that means setting aside our own plans and expectations. For me that can be difficult, but I try to remember what Jeremiah 29:11 promises, God wants to prosper us and not harm us. His plans for us are greater than anything we can imagine for ourselves. We have to remove doubt from our hearts, replace it with belief, and trust Him! In doing so our faith will grow stronger and stronger as we see Him lead us in the directions we are truly meant to go. We must trust Him in all things. So today friends, I encourage you to give WHATEVER it is that has you worried, stressed, filled with anxiety, or overcome with fear and doubt to God in prayer. Give Him every burden you’re carrying, because it was never yours to carry alone.
