cterrier I believe he has these made for the high tunnels. Watch his high tunnel construction videos.

The corner posts are not made for PVC pipe. They are made for the aluminum bows that you seen them attaching. However, you could use PVC pipe if the diameter was large enough. The plastic pipes however, don't hold up as long as the aluminum ones do.
