Do layoffs happen in TCS also??

Ekdam sahi bataya..tcs pe layoff hita hai..specially with the women.They force thier employee to give force resignation

If a lady associate is pregnant and TCS or any other company is telling her to put her papers then she can simply drag the company into a court. Please do not mix things of layoffs with such cases. Layoff is all reality but there are employee rights and one should be aware of those rights

No layoffs in tcs till u resign by urself ( may be its bczz of hike promotion etc )
