My gosh, I wish this entire video could be broadcast as a public service announcement. I agree with everything you said, 100%. "You are who you hang with". YES 👏I was talking with my son the other day and told him that almost exactly. I said "You are the company you keep". Our children need strong, role models. Masculine husbands and fathers that take care of their families. Children need a good, strong foundation and a set of rules and expectations. THAT is how they become well rounded, productive members of society.

Male aggression & anger are very important because they display their innate ability to kill an intruder or any threat to the family. We women naturally get turned on when men show aggressive protection. We are not equipped with the ability to kill and thus screen our men for this trait. Men and women are not rivals, we are opposites and designed to compliment each other. What one has, the other doesn't and vice versa. Together we are one complete person that embodies all the necessary characteristics for optimum survival and procreation.

As a woman, I appreciate a strong man that acts like a man. I was raised by a strong father, who was old school. I am not a feminist by any stretch of the imagination. I have raised my son with the ideals I believe God dictates for a man. Men are built to be stronger, to be the leaders, the heads of the family, the backbone of society, and the trends away from that have nothing to do with equality, but are about the emasculation of men. Our family units and society as a whole have deteriorated because of feminism and because of this belief in 'toxic masculinity'. Thank you Michael. Had my son listen to this also.

I am a very strong woman who came from a long line of strong women. My father never thought there was anything we could not do. People have to be on the same page in a relationships. You have to have shared goals and ideas not one being submissive to the other person. It is knowing yourself and your partner well enough to share life together. Feminism itself is not a problem. We harken to the past as if it were a perfect time. I don't want to go back to a time when women could not get a house in their name or a credit card. There is nothing wrong with staying home with your children but having a career is fine too. Knowing yourself and your values is very important.

We need more of it in today’s society that’s for sure. Thank you so much for talking about how real men should be (protective, strong, courageous). I’ve had one person in my life who embodied that (my grandfather, who I called papa) but he’s in heaven now. I miss him very much. I do feel a constant longing for a protector, but I’m trying to let Jesus be that for me.

Though I agree with much of what you said Michael, I think there is a defining line when we cross into "toxic masculinity". I believe the phrase became overused towards any toxic behaviors as a blanket term when in reality it applies to specific traits, allow me to give an example from my own life. My father has never once in his life told me or my brother that he loved us. In his eyes he could never bring himself to tell another man that he loved them because "that's gay" according to him. Even though we're his sons. At an early age both my brother and I suffered violent traumas. When we needed guidance the most (our formative years when trauma occurred) he neglected us and told us the only way for us to be men was to push through and be hard. This led to horrendous issues with addiction between both my brother and myself. Unfortunately my brother died from his addiction in march of this year and I blew up to 600 pounds over the course of several years. Now sober and down 200 lbs through hard work and learning to eat right. We both went through our lives believing our father hated us in his attempt to make us "men". He was a hard individual. Having grown up on the streets in a 3rd world country running with a Columbian gang. I can't hate him for his upbringing. But I can do better for myself and show those around me the love that I needed and didn't receive. All respect, God bless.

Just found your channel. It’s great to hear another man who knows what it means to be a man. I’m 60 and have been married almost 20 years, my wife is 4 1/2 years older than me and she has MS. It’s tough at times but I love her and I do what I can to make her life easier. At one time I ran with an outlaw motorcycle club and lived like some tough guy. I went straight in 1994 and started with nothing. Since then I have been trying to help others who are struggling to get straight. I have subscribed and will continue to listen to what you have to say and maybe someday I will meet you in person. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard women asking “Were are all the good men”? It’s hard to find a good man if your looking for a rich pet to train.

You are absolutely 100% correct! As a woman, wife and mother, I have been through much! What I have learned through experience is that any "man" who is insecure and/or self-loathing will overcompensate by bullying those he considers "weaker"...whether physically, mentally or simply because "she is a woman". This life continues becoming tougher for all right thinking individuals. Try living 40 years with one with TBI's! This is not an excuse. Those with mental issues still can make proper decisions. But some choose to disregard the "right" choices in lieu of their baser urges. I pray you get through to all who come in contact with you! And may God continue protecting you and your family! The pain of "been there, done that" remains for so many of us! God richly bless you...and have a wonderful Christmas!

Michael, I stayed in a abusive and toxic relationship because I wanted my daughter to grow up in a two parent home. IT WAS THE WORST THING I COULD HAVE DONE! She has no self confidence, is incapable of standing on her own, and is extremely insecure. I should have left and given us both a chance at happiness and self worth! I agree that a stable respectful family is worth saving, but abusive ones aren’t.

I dont think anyone would advise staying in an abusive relationship. You could have found a decent man to raise your daughter with.

Yeah, the problem is that ppl dont put effort into raising their kids when they could've made it work. However its better to be alone than to be with someone who makes you feel alone.

Completely agree with everything you said.....the agenda seems to be to turn everything back to front... And encourage the break of anything normal and wholesome. Morals seem to be at an all time low worldwide and everything is accepted! It's a crazy world now and you have to really try hard to look after yourself and your kids.

This is an awesome video. You defined the difference between masculinity and bad behavior. Thankfully my children were raised in two parent home. Agree, a child needs both a mother and a father. Our younger generation need help. God help our young people. Lead them in the way of righteousness.

Thanks Michael. I totally feel that there is a systematic, social agenda again the family structure. The idea that anything goes is the same attitude that was in Sodom and Gomorrah. Rejection from early childhood from parents or peers is very toxic and can have long-term effects. I have so much I would love to say but I’ll just leave it at God bless you Michael for sharing this. This is wisdom. This is godly wisdom. keep doing a good work. God bless you. Time of this comment is 4:49 PM PT.

I don't know about toxic masculinity with mob guys, but that would be the least of my concerns. These guys have real mental problems, I would be more concerned with the psychopaths, antisocial personality disorder, narcissistic personality and bipolar. These are far more dangerous.

Michael just as much I enjoy your videos I don't agree with you on this Subject because I have friends in the LGBTQ Community who would want me to come out as a LGBTQ Ally & say that you shouldn't Judge people for being who they are & I believe that sometimes a girl can be born a boy & sometimes a boy is betrayed by either God or whatever & no born a girl so medical Technology can fix this Terrible mistake so I will stand up for those who can't stand up by themselves Michael. 😇❤️♥️🏳️‍🌈

Michael, you are a real treasure in this crazy world. I think a large part of the problem is that our government wants to eliminate the family structure in order to force a need for government control over all aspects of life. They want to seperate us by race, religion, culture, thought and much more to further forward this goal. Thank you and God Bless.

Already done during the french revolution, destruction of the church and family structure. Look at France and western Europe today, ruled by woke/leftist/progressist/imigrationist who just want the destruction of Europe. Dutch prime minister presenting his excuses for slavery. So fk cringe. It will end in an bloodbath.
