They also know that we have way too many damn guns out there, and that enacting better gun laws would help save countless lives, However, That would mean losing precious NRA money, as well as losing the support of their brainwashed, gun-loving supporters. The lives of thousands upon thousands on innocent school kids mean nothing to them - especially when money is involved.

I think the reason why a lot of it is "unrealistic" is mainly for the players enjoyment. Cause the thing with a lot of these "action" games is that you always have to have that action available. So being able to just attack anyone at any time or swarms of cops chasing you gives the player that enjoyment/fun factor.

Only problem is Rockstar and GTA are dying. 2 days ago the co-founder of Rockstar Games Dan Houser left the company and he was the one who wrote the plots for all their games including rdr2
