Hi your recommendations are really good. For air fryers can you suggest options with are safer such as a glass air fryer or a ceramic coated air frier that are better than the non stick Teflon coated ones which can prove harmful after a certain temperature.

@@yukta1760 I’d suggest not going for Agaro, especially if you’re basing it on VM1’s recommendations. He’s been promoting Agaro products across all his videos, and it feels like he might be paid by the brand. Genuine reviews are important, and his reviews seem biased toward Agaro every single time. Better to check reviews from independent users before deciding!

You can bake cookies and cake. But for larger sizes / quantities, you may prefer an oven.

if you plan to bake more cakes, breads, etc then convection oven. But if you plan to air fry more like french fries, chicken, etc then air fryer. Convection oven can air fry for sure, but it's better suited for baking. With air fryer, your baking options start to get limited because of it's size, shape and the way it circulates air - not all baking recipes will work in an air fryer. I'd say consult people who already have either of these and know their experience, make a decision accordingly. Of course, do your research too on youtube. I highly recommend you to watch this video titled - "Air fryers are simpler than you think, but still pretty neat" by Technology Connections channel. It will give you much needed clarity about this topic.

😄 yes it can, but could take longer. Smaller quantities- air fryer works well. I have a demo video comparing an air fryer and convection oven. You can check that too.

Frying without oil being healthy is a myth. Remove refined carbs, processed foods. Eat whole foods, preferably vegetables and meat / eggs and exercise. That is what helps to build a healthy body and mind. I cut out all refined carbs and processed foods. I eat plenty of good fats and yet I lost weight and now maintain it
