Congratulations to both fighters . Takes true courage to look at another person who’s bigger in size and still scrap. Take the opportunity to reflect on what you can do for the next time and ignore the negativity from others who haven’t stepped in. There is potential in both of you. Learn from others as well and you both will do do amazing for the next scrapyard opportunity that comes along - Highspeed

The muscles... Not really... But "fitness yes" many fighters should run and exercise to improve their performance! And not run out of breath in the first round? that said, being in a ring with nervousness, stress and hard knocks, ... you have to do it! Congratulations to the fighters!

Best part of that fight was at the end tank top guy asked the white shirt guy if he was okay and he really seemed to mean it. Respect!! I just wish they would tell the fighters to take the mouthpiece out before talking to the camera before the fight. It just looks silly and you really can’t understand them so… BeWell, BeKind, and StaySafe Everyone it’s a crazy world we live in. We need to support each other now more than ever. Muscles don't win fights but lifting weights gives you great endurance. Some people have big muscles and aren't that strong but others are that strong so you have figure it out. I'm average built and was built decent when younger. I arm wrestled a body building friend with arms twice my size and beat him. He still talks about it today. However, my other friend who has won the state arm wrestling champion 6 times, took me down like a five year old girl. They both work out together as a team a lot. My point is, I think a lot is your muscle type. DNA

Nah, there is a reason we instinctively fear the bigger man with bigger muscles - he's physically more powerful than us. As most of us are normal and not jacked we love the idea, the concept that big muscles somehow don't mean great strength and power - but they do. There is literally a physical mechanical advantage with larger muscles. When everything else is equal, the stronger guy is more dangerous, with more weight and snap behind their strikes. The myth comes from those who ONLY build muscle, with no fitness or skills.

muscles win fights, but only when you can guard, and throw proper punches, teach the big guy a good straight jab, and an uppercut, he would win easily. Stones power is only limited by stamina and technique. The shorter guy could punch well, just couldn't take a punch.

Stone throw one very very decent punch right at the end there and I think his facial expression showed he knew it too. Man in the fire realising his strengths to build on? I will say, it's a given that you should go hard to the body if you are a heavyweight, with big muscles. You can stay in the fight LONGER throwing body shots as its closer to your center of gravity. Throwing many jabs and stuff up top as a heavier guy is what makes the arms start to feel heavy.

White was a terrible fighter. Ppl praising him in the comments. Look. I am outta shape. Im sure he could run circles around me. But that dont change this fight. Celebrating a stun, Looking for the KO instead of pacing himself. Constant haymakers. It was a very bad fight. BUT he had the potential. Make no mistake. This criticism is constructive. White could have won that fight easily. But his lack of discipline and Patience as well as his overconfidence and sloppiness lost him this fight.
