Malik throws every punch with deadly intentions. Incredible. That uppercut/knockdown in the 4th was one of the cleanest, best set-up shots I’ve seen in the Scrapyard. Congratulations on the win.

i agree he’s a pretty great fighter, i have seen in the few fights i’ve watched that he tends to land quite a few back of the head blows.. he luckily missed one while jxmmi was going down but could’ve been pretty bad for him.. and he was completely defenseless going down..

Really good fight. One of the better ones I’ve seen in these backyard events. Champ looked good. If the challenger had a little better cardio and threw some combos he will be really good. He hurt Malik a few times with body shots but didn’t follow up. Malik is tenacious and moves well. Good stuff. RIP Gottem.

This was, in my humble opinion, a demonstration of unwavering passion and determination of two black warriors. White gloves is mentally tough and has a heart, but, the black gloves was over-all more conditioned, had slight skill advantage and, obviously, wanted it more. Ultimately, this was a phenomenal fight and I tilt my hat to both!

I knew Malik would take this before the fight even started. Jimmy has improved tremendously since he started, but Malik will FIGHT you. Jimmy just needs to mentally accept the brawl/technique balance. Too focused on the technique side of things. With his size he should be knocking out Malik. I’m glad his cardio game got way better too. He was gassing out in his earlier fights. If he changes his mental and keeps improving his gas tank, he’ll be a real problem.
