I bought an expensive gaming PC from Ibuypower. Haven't had any issues and I upgrade it too and still no issues. Only advice I would give anyone is build it yourself it's cheaper and * IF YOU ORDER A GAMING PC FROM ANYONE MAKE SURE YOU GET IT SHIPPED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE *that will prevent damages. The mail people are ruthless.

Bro I paid 1600 for a CyberPowerPC with an RTX 4080 Super + i9 12900kf. These two alone would cost me the same or more had I built it myself... I'd love to build one from scratch but I'd rather save money and get a sick ass pc and then upgrade some stuff (AIO, fans, 4tb gen4 m.2 SSD I already had) than spend a lot more for what would be something not that much better. The airflow is great as is, but it's got a 280mm AIO which I'm replacing with a 360mm. And then improve the fans so that it can run a bit quieter, it's not even loud tbh and thermals are pretty good rarely passing 60ºC on the GPU and nowadays 50ºC on the CPU (I overclocked it, it overheated like hell, then I undervolted it and tweaked it a bit more and now it's running great). I could've simply just ran the PC without overclocking either the GPU or the CPU and the thermals would've been fine even without upgrading the cooling, so would the performance. I just like to tweak and try to squeeze every last drop out of anything for sport I guess lol So their customer support may be shit, but since I bought it from amazon I'm not that worried. All in all it's an amazing PC and I've loved every single second of it (except for trying to find out how to change the fans RGB, that was a fun one... They do not have it documented anywhere and guess what? It's on the reset button on the pc case lol)

If you live outside the US, do NOT order from them, period. I live in Canada and here's my nightmare story: The PC would not boot up at all when I first tried. However, the power supply (which was on a special deal) was making an increasingly louder ringing noise, eventually getting so loud that I was scared it would explode. After calling CyberPower they told me to just ship the system back, which would be no problem EXCEPT, they said I had to pay for shipping + customs both ways!! Which would've been about ~$600 USD. And even so, there was no guarantee that the replacement system would work. I opted to take the system to my local repair shop and they assessed that the motherboard (which was also on a special deal) was shot as well. I called CyberPower again and told them I could not afford to ship the entire system but could ship the power supply and motherboard individually but they refused because "those components are too sensitive to ship individually," even though they were already broken... They also refused to send me a new motherboard or power supply (even with video proof that they didn't work). They were utterly useless the whole way through. Absolute disgrace of a company.

I've been wanting to get a gaming pc for a long time and I finally decided to do it. I'm someone who does my research on almost every purchase I make, but am also influenced a lot by aesthetics. I found a GORGEOUS PC on CyberPower (you mentioned very offhandedly at the end of the video that one of their only positives is pretty cases). It took me a while to learn what kind of CPU and GPUs and other parts I needed, and this build fit that. I was really really hoping to find that the company was good, but between the testimonials on reddit, here, and other company review websites online, they seem to have awful customer service. I know that if I have a problem I probably wouldn't be able to fix it myself. I will probably end up going with the comparable one from Microcenter but gosh am I disappointed because of that gorgeous case that's exclusive to their website. This is my first video of yours, and thanks for the care you have for newbies to the gaming PC world.

I just bought a pc from cyberpowerpc. Spent 1300 on a prebuilt with a ryzen 8700f 4070 super 32gb and 2tb ssd. The foot stand came broken, They said id have to return the pc and get a whole new case, i said no and just superglued it (wasnt a big deal) and the keyboard didnt work. (certain keys just didnt register) again i have my own keyboard not a big deal, but kinda disappointed having spent 1300 though. everything else has been working great. my old pc i built back in 2012.

That's such a shitty thing to do. Like, that's an expensive build man. If it's a 500 one and the mouse is a little plasticy feeling, i get it. But $1300 is a months rent in most places.

Yo I was just looking at the same product. It seems like crazy value for its price but it almost seems too good to be true. Is it actually a good purchase bc a crack in the casing isn’t a huge deal. I also already have a better keyboard and mouse so is ts a scam or should I cop it?

@@firedemon5467 They did offer for me to send it back and have them replace the case, but for me a cracked foot stand wasnt worth the hassle to do all that. otherwise this pc is really nice and im enjoying it.

20:24 Are we just going to leave a big hole in the back above the fan? I just cleaned a PC (like this) and the AIO was sucking air in from the rear exposed area. So, over time, the AIO became clogged with dust. Also, I bought "gaming case" from someone locally. Little did I know, it was a CyberPowerPC case. It was literally new. I asked him why he was selling it for only $20. He said that he had overheating issues and re-cased the system. After further review, there were only tiny little front slits for air to get in. I didn't even bother to build in it. I just sold it to someone else (letting them know the issue). Maybe the countdown timer is to show you how long you have left before your PC overheats LOL.

Ya, I never liked the idea of someone else building a PC for me period. Built one budget 9 years ago that lasted as long and I've just built my first high end PC. It's worth the time you spend because barring a part that just doesn't work every once in a great while, you have nobody else to blame but yourself, and once it works, it feels great.

what are you gonna do when you build a pc yourself and it has faulty hardware? if you dont have someone to physically help you from start to finish just buy a prebuilt. if you shop around you can pick one up for the same price you will pay for the hardware yourself.

Buying a CyberPowerPC is like paying for a luxury car and getting a go-kart with a broken engine. The CPU, GPU, and RAM might look decent on paper, but the reality is that you're paying way too much for a subpar build. The AIO cooler? A complete disaster. Instead of cooling your CPU, it turns it into a slow-cooked steak with horrible cable management that feels like a DIY disaster. You can’t even upgrade the RAM because they’ve used cheap, non-upgradable Patriot sticks that aren't even sold aftermarket. And let’s not forget the trash-tier keyboard and mouse they throw in as a ‘bonus.’ Seriously, if you want a good gaming PC that’s actually worth the money, just build your own. It’s cheaper, better, and you won't have to deal with CyberPowerPC’s lazy, half-baked mess.
@braethornАй бұрын
"Just build your own" is not an option for the majority of people, so it isn't useful advice. PCDIY is a niche hobby, one that I share, but 3/4 of PC hardware sold per year is via pre-builts. Instead of telling everyone to build their own PC, I'd rather steer them towards better options for pre-builts.
