I'm not big on a tiny house for my wife and me as a primary dwelling. I think it's a great idea for a 2nd home (snowbirding) and it would need to have about an acre so I have room for stuff. My preference would be on navigable water (on a river or major tributary) where we could launch our kayak.

Great idea more functional than a cabin for longer use. Perhaps for summer or vacation.

Hi Jack .. helpful video I’m sure to many… here in California ADU’s [Accessory Dwelling Unit’s] aka a Tiny Home as well -- are being built more and more …be interesting to hear your thoughts on building an ADU on ones’s property to rent out .. etc…
