Hello Michelle, hope you have an amazing and blessed day. Happy new year. I heard a lot of people had problems with getting their candles. I heard you had to wait on a virtual line forever and then you could only get one of each candle also by the time you got don’t mind you didn’t have what you wanted. I would be very upset and I would take pictures of all the mess. The candles are and expect them to replace everyone of the candles. I hope you took pictures of the broken glass.

Are you talking about walmart or are you talking about bath and body works?? Cause I ordered 20 candles online at bath and body works during there annual candle day and had no problems at all. So I'm not sure!!

I will NEVER buy candles online from Kmart Aus, I'll go in store to get them, but they last time i ordered them online, theres was 6 or 8, medium size candles, NOT 1 came wrapped up in bubble wrap, they were all put in the box with other items i had ordered and all were broken or chipped. Like wtf? I took them back instore and got my money back, and they were shocked about them not getting wrapped before shipping. (I done an online order because some other items i wanted was online only) Stay beautiful my friend 🤗 💗

You need to report it! They need to start wrapping them up better. Come on its glass like duh it needs packing peanuts at least. Try to get a refund. I dont mess with glass you could of been hurt. I'm sure you can still use the broken ones but why should you have to. Thanks for sharing. Lol I'll buy mine in store.

You're most welcome for the video I wanted to let all my lovelies know not to order on line because what if I didn't hear the glass in the box and just C slammed my hand in super day to grab a candle and really hurt myself you know. Like that would've been a lawsuit on their hands you know but thank goodness I didn't, but I don't know that it's just ridiculous. I wish I would've took a picture I thought I did.
