She's the one I got from the guaranteed SSR pull. I am very happy with her, my advice is to always let her move into position and attack first with positive mindset. this puts her in the middle position where you want her to be able to do support attacks on all other character's attacks. her first skill also does a lot more dmg against cover enemies, but be careful when using positive mindset as it locks your position, make sure you are in the best place that reaches the most enemies before using positive mindset and if you want to just check range use normal attack as a measuring tool first before committing to positive mindset buff.

For people worried about her falling off in lategame meta, she did recently get a buff on CN so she won’t be deadweight. Maybe not 100% best most optimal DPS, but you could certainly do worse given how reliable her support fire is in most situations.

good info. couldnt hurt to go over her best guns, signature and f2p options, and what Attachment Set she'd want. ive been going with the electric, but since she doesnt always do electric damage, im not sure its the best option

Best option is the Phase strike one because its good on most units so can be more easily shared. This wont be the last time you see a video on her, just trying to cover the kits for everything on release.

It does weird me out a bit how much her grenades are featured but you can’t use them in combat. I’m almost getting the impression she used to have a AOE skill but got changed late into development

I was lucky enough to get her and suomi when I was trying my hand on getting Suomi, she came in first and was a bit sad cuz I failed the 50/50, then at the ned of the 10x roll got Suomi so I'm super happy for that. All my current standard free pulls only ever gave me weapons, I got her weapon so I guess it kind of evens out in the end, got Q's weapon too so maybe once I get enough on the pull I'll get her as the chosen 5star.

ideal formation its suomi+Qiongjiu+tololo the rest its free if want buff can put chetah since her buff really2 good, or of course with mosin-nagat for back up support, she can reach many places, expecially from above.

One team I've had success with lately is with Suomi, Ksenia, Cheetah, Sharkry for burn team. Ideally I want Qiongjiu but I'm in gacha hell and will most likely need to hard pity all the way in standard to replace Ksenia but its a pretty good auto team. The con is I'd have to build up a seperate hydro/freeze team for Oljefat.

Also, I don't think Mosin Nagant will get straight up replaced. It seems like she will work well with other electric characters, rather than strictly being replaced by them.

I am still reviewing a lot of future units but there are lots of good synergies with some units I am seeing like Vector with QJ. Synergies with Mosin are going to be those who want electric debuffs on enemies to trigger parts of their kit.

She is the third best at start from the standard banner but I find her better than Tololo in the long run. Dupes of her are important so you already have that started and eventually we will get a standard selector. I would just pull to the 260 pulls and select QJ and then just save you standard pulls until the update comes giving us the 50/50 standard banner where you select who to target.

Triggering her passsive seems hard, on the other hand, nemesis's seems much easier. ON top of that, we only 3 other party member in a battle, which means, there is not much chance to trigger her support attack. And would that mean Mosin be useless in boss battle? Since boss battle have lots of stability and you break it once. I can imagine she's more useful in normal stages, but less on boss.

I easily get her support attacks. You build people around breaking them. Bosses do take a little bit longer for sure but usually I break them by the second turn. I have not dug into the future electric units yet but I assume there is a unit similar to Sharkry is for burn where they are built around knocking stability down.

@@Zelarinth So I tested Mosin today, there is some mistranslation in her passive. In actuality it proc "WHENEVER AN ALLY DAMAGE ENEMY WITH 0 STABILITY" so it even works with AOE attacs. not when "ATTACKING OUT OF TURNS AND THAT ATTACK DEPLETE STABILITY" Big difference between the text and the actual effect. Actual effect is more practical and better.

How do we know enemy phase weakness? Her normal kit is weak, but her fortification is interesting assuming phase weakness. For her set, it can only either be electric or phase strike.

above the health bar you can see what the enemy is weak to, exploiting those means hitting phase weakness

Is she worth to use over a nemesis? Like ik she has the whole paralysis thing and support but i feel as if nemesis is in a better spot? Just my opinion. I probably just value the defense down nemesis provides with support capibilities aswell as having pretty decent damage.

I think you could go either way. I really like the action support she does but my entire team does it. I never looked heavily into the number on nemesis though as I replaced her as soon as I had Mosin.

I built mosin but then feels like nemesis is still better. Although basic stats are lower, Nemesis has easier passive proc & more damage multiplier at skills and segments(currently segment 4) and easier confectance index refill, while mosin fills confectance index slower for me and all skill uses confectance index. Not sure if mosin’s gonna do better at later game, since Im still at early game lv30++. Also not sure how is mosin gonna do shock dmg tho. Maybe not familiar enough with her.

I got her +1 but i'm questioning if I want her as my main DPS or the machine gun cat girl that made me lose the 50/50 on my second suomi dupe attempt. I use nagant as well because her premptive fire is very nice and once she gets all her merges its gonna be very nice. However my current defense debuffer to make her work way better uses aoe so idk. Moisen still follows up but idk if damage will be close enough for the buff cleansing to even the field. Also wondering if I should bother with suomi since at +0 she has no real healing and sure her defense game is strong other healers got more offensive buffs which is how i tend to play and healing to make taking damage not a big deal.

Bro don't sleep on Suomi it wasn't her healing she's good it was the shielding it adds 50% more survivability on your team I even tanking level 40 enemies I'm only 33 rn

@yukikitsune121 i mean i normally kill enemies before i need to tank them so far. Like coming from fire emblem, this game lets me full on play player phase which i'm experienced with. Which is why i'm like sure her shielding is great but most things are dead already and she doesn't quite help out when i do need healing. I'm not doing lvl 40s yet i'm crusing through the last chapter of the story stamina permitting. Honestly seeing some units in the tutorial maps (can basically see lena's full kit in one of the boss series) makes me think i'll be better off not bothering to try for suomi and wait for a healer that cleanses and applies defense debuffs to enemies. Lena + Moisen seems solid due to her field effect giving enemies electric weakness so at her later merge levels basically every attack will be electric and capitalize on that fact. Tldr: most things are dying before they pose a threat a basic healer can't cover and beyond the barrier suomi doesn't offer much of anything to my team.

Basically her passive only works as follow-up attack of a follow-up atk that break stability. Example cheeta follow-up attack break enemy stability then mossin will follow-up the attack. edit: Sorry, she actually follow-up any attack when enemy on a break state.

You got something wrong about her phase weakness buff. It doesn't only apply to electricity. It also applies to enemies with heavy ammo weakness. So she's not as restrictive as you think.

The same passive with same attacks deals 2 extra stability dmg? What? The trigger is that stability is at 0, and we do more stability dmg? Makes as much sense as dealing +20dmg to dead enemies...

Phase strike is the most universal. You will want to farm that as it works with just about all DPS units. Eventually you would want the elemental one.

@@lunapiena4812 well, rerolling is very time-consuming if you're unlucky, but if you have the time then it saves you a lot of pulls. For example, getting Suomi early in 10 pulls saves you up to 150 pulls (if you lose the 50/50 and hit pity both times), which can be used for future dolls. MICA won't catch you with your pants down if they suddenly decide to release a very popular and meta doll ahead of schedule, which they are known to do based on my experience with PNC, their previous gacha.
