Such a wonderful meditation. Does anyone else have trouble keeping their eyes open for this? The deep relaxation mixed with the unfocused gaze seems to make them keep closing. I feel like I get much deeper into the meditation with them open, but I need to keep opening my eyes.

a bit late on this but looking up for a few seconds when feeling drowsy then back to the unfocused gaze may help 🙏🏻
