I’ve actually been replaying the game during Easter and have been loving it. Kinda wish the rival group had more quest lines and all but it’s still fun. Kinda makes me sad how old this game is and how it will be gone soon…

I’m playing it for the first time right now. It’s my third Pokémon game, I didn’t finish my second (Sword and Shield). My first was Sun and Moon and I’m trying to play through Platinum but it’s much harder without the experience share.

I have a physical copy of Pokemon X, if I were to download the digital copy, would it act as a second save slot?

@@alolantails I found out that it does act as a second save file! Now I can play through Pokemon X without erasing my data! I hope that this info helps anyone else wondering this question.

You can still trade with friends. You both just need a copy of one of the games and an Internet connection
