While describing Mewat, how cleverly this guy revolved around it by saying undeveloped, poverty, and crime he did not address the real issue of Mewat being a tough place to do your job. Mewat is a Muslim-dominated area where the Hindu population is around 1-2 % rest of them Muslims. Even cops are scared of going there, forget about the common man.

Bureaucracy has s corrupt to the core and highly inefficient to start with barring rare cases. Blaming politicians for their corruption and inefficiency is the easiest thing they’re doing from decades now.

And it's easy for you to judge them but you are not in the system then don't know the reality. Koi bhi bureaucrat shuru se corrupt nahi hota. Most of the corruption in bureaucracy political pressure se hi hota hai. Political pressure mein sirf transfer nahi hota. Kuch cases mein politician uske family ko khatam karne ki dhamki milti hai, to aise mein ek officer kya karein. Obviously apne family ka safety uska priority ban jaata hai. Bahut aise kum cases hai Jahan ek IAS officer directly ghus leta hai, aur aise directly lene par pakda bhi jaata hai. Lekin jo corruption poltics ke waje se hota hai wo kabhi pakda nahi jata hai.

U have no knowledge about how much they get paid and the salary isn’t enough for their family and in case if anything bad illness or medical emergency comes they are not capable enough to afford that much of cost from their salaries for the remedies that’s why they are corrupt.
