My battery was completely dead . My neighbor let me use this jumper, and I must add that the unit was charged 50 percent. I attached it to my battery, jumped in the car and turned the key . My car started right up. This jumper is awesome 👍. I now have one. Now I don't mind giving someone a jump. It takes literally two minutes.

You were doing it all wrong when you connected then you start the car you don't wait 10 minutes if you wait more than a minute it's going to disconnect and not jump start the car. You have to start it immediately after you connect the connectors

I thought it had to stay connected for a little bit of charge up the battery? It was completely dead. I don’t think it would have started it just like that I never had tried it like that.

Use the boost button next time if your jumper has it. It is located on the side if the smart cables marked " boost". Once you press and hold it for 3 seconds it should stay green. That's if your battery is totally dead like before. Then start car. Make sure it's hooked up correctly or you will fry you electronics in the car.

Yes i agree. Definitely not the advertised MaH, mine can charge it about 4 times (if the battery is not completely dead) if that’s the case it will also charge it only twice. But that’s still a good price and value for the money I think. Thanks for watching 😎

Mine has always worked. Remember the battery has a lot to do with it, maybe it was completely dead and not very new.
