it's not about burning fat, it's about losing weight, which is simply sweating shit out and dehydrating.

As someone who's done the most basic research into this, I can categorically say that this is the least scientific look at sweat suits and the effect on the body. 1. Heat Shock Response -> heat shock proteins 2. oxygen demand increase due to limited body cooling which leads to increase stress on the muscles trying to get oxygen 3. increased temperature reducing the risk of muscle damage during training. That's just three things I know are affected and important to look into, this really doesn't talk about those at all. Energy in energy out, there's more to it than that.

It heats your body and core increases blood flow while you train. Keeping the body warm during cardio helps with workouts.

Sauna suits work a LOT better if you do intermittent fasting too I did a 20 hour fast and 4 hours of eating it’s soooooooo fast dropping weight with a jump rope some running and simple body weight exercises losing over 20 pounds a month

I use sauna jacket for walking and jogging5 times a week , With intermittent fasting TMAD ( 16:8) I lost 10kgs in just 25 days

Idk man I dropped 50 pounds In 2 and a half months to join the army and I wore a sweat suit every day working out doing my 10 miles a day in 100 degree humid Florida heat

@@aceszn9766 Thankyou brother! I also forgot to say thought it was also with intermittent fasting 20 hours fast and 4 hours eating and I drained my body a LOT and always felt like garbage 😅 but it was fast

@@ehhhhh491 usually 2 packs of tuna right out of the package. 1 at the beginning of my eating cycle and one near when my fast began. Sometimes I’d eat a plain chicken breast. That was my main diet and it sucked but I was determined to do it. I was athletic at my previous build as well as I was 6’6 295 pounds signed to go play college football and then decided I didn’t want to do any more school at the time and began my career in the army 😂. So when I dropped all the weight I moved pretty damn quick and still was stronger then most, it honestly helped me a lot preparing for basic as I trained to be an infantryman 💀.Idon’t recommend what I did unless you don’t care about feeling sick all the time as long as you’re losing weight though

I don't get how it supposedly does not burn fat, when i use the sauna suit doing burpees & running, I cut the fat quickly

your cardiovascular system does more work pumping blood therefore burning more calories. thats what i think

Slow run at 3.5 mile an hr with ankle and hand weights...that'll put a pep in your step.

@@keemyboi sauna suits help your body heat up, which in return relaxes your muscles and help against stiffness during a cold start or cold weather. Which also decreases the chances of injury during a workout. (Cuz the majority of the time people don’t warm up before a workout). There’s also other reasons which many haven’t looked into but I believe it helps with blood circulation and also helps the body burn calories quicker due to the intensity it creates while working out. Not to mention it helps with water Weight which is good for getting rid of excess sodium.

Science and analytic heads are always trying to outsmart something they can't do. They've already ruined basketball turning it into a resistance free 3 point contest and now they're coming after combat sports lol.

The additional weight lost in the short term is pretty much all water. There may be an additional energy requirement to maintain core temperature, which accounts for the increased heart rate; but again, thats quite minimal. What he says about the heart working harder to get blood to the peripheries is garbage, because higher temps = more vasodilation (blood vessels open up more) which makes it easier for the heart to move blood around. So yes, weight will be lost on the scale in the short term using sauna suit, but that weight is water, and will definitely come back once you're properly hydrated again.

Sauna suit w/ weightvest(20-40lb) and sweatshirt + fasted cardio/ workout session= full blown fat furnace. Everyones body is different so on that note test it out and do whats best for you. Once glycogen is depleted ketones are in full effect. Stay hydrated and electrolyted 🤙🏾😁

Athletes will use sauna suits for heat adaptations. If you do several short low intensity workouts throughout the week you're body becomes better adapted to cooling during harder hot sessions either indoors or outdoors. It's the same reason people use dry saunas. It's not for the "fat burning" it's for the plasma volume and sweat rate. Sometimes if you go really hard your body generates too much heat and if your body can't cool down you will feel sick.

So if it helps me to work around 95% of my HR max for almost entire round will it make my stamina better comparing to 85% hr max session w/o sweet suit? becaouse my energy output in those cases is about the same

If your heart are weak to your the rest of your conditioning system. Yes it should. But everything else will work less and progress less. This is only what should happen. I don't think we have look at this so it's not 100%

@blackboy7078 wearing it alone without some kind of workout no but i do whole heartedly believe if you do a thorough fitness regimen between 30-45mins in addition to walking 30mins a day I believe so👍🏾👍🏾

⁠​⁠@@blackboy7078you won’t burn fat unless ur in a caloric deficit( I think the suit will help you burn calories) , and to get rid of belly fat you’ll have to reduce your overall body fat since you can’t spot reduce fat.
