What about this excercises is snowboard specific ? To me, everybody which is using” functiona training “ term its doing the same stuff no matter what sport they are training for. Everybody its doing squats, deadlifts, lunges and haha how about trx rowing … how the hell that kind of movement in that position ita helping you to be better with snowboarding 😅😂

Used this workout today and felt great! As I just enter the snowboarding season here in the east coast I wanted to set a goal for myself to focus less on strength and weight training and more on mobility/workouts like this. Have you considered doing a part 2 or series of snowboarding specific workouts?

Coach knows what he is talking about. Hitting a baseball with a weighted bat just teaches you to swing slow and messes up your timing. Strong muscles and cardio help with everything. Please don’t do any more squats strapped in. Bad for the knees!
