Doing “horse squats” healed years long back pain for me. I do 15 every day and it gave me my life back.

This is a karate stance. Kibadashi " in shotokan" and shikodashi, in the draw with feet at 45' angle. In shitoryu and gojuryu styles. It realy helps. Oss! Hai!

I did it in a public bath. Stand to the wall, 14 hours, three short going to toillet. 1999!❤❤😂😂❤🎉
