For me, I think some of my blockers have been 1. Not moisturizing my ends and hair length enough 2. Not being consistent with my hair regimen: - wash deep condition and neatly cornrow every week or 2 3. Protecting my hair at night

Okay now I'm definitely worried because I consistently have an itchy scalp but most especially, lately. I'm 80% to blamed though, because due to lack of time I keep my hair in protective styles for way to long, so I'll definitely look into giving a healthier environment to my hair.
@EfikZara2 жыл бұрын
Personally, I make an effort to shampoo more often when I’m in protective styles (once a week or so). My scalp is very sensitive so I can’t take risks. I advise the same for everyone! Certain protective styles allow you the opportunity to shampoo and condition without all the hoopla of detangling and styling.

@xxboujeedollfacexx2 жыл бұрын
my hair in the back broke off due to iron deficiency and vitamin d deficiency. try getting a blood test done to see if you have any vitamin deficiencies. also, when i have certain protective styles in, if there’s too much friction, my nape tangles and will break but continuous moisture and oil helps. that could be another reason, or split ends maybe.

Onion juice. Rip apart a red onion. Let it sit in water..in the fridge..for two days. Every night pour it on..or get a cheap applicator bottle to apply. The onion smell goes away on its own after 10MINS. In three weeks you will be really happy.

Good day, IAM low porosity and I feel like if my hair is not more growing and this is eating me up so what can I do please I need help
@pamelamccants28772 жыл бұрын
@ Elizabeth Isong. Hi, I’m low porosity also and I lost all my hair going on three years ago and now I’m a little past shoulder length ( the back). And when I said I lost all my hair I mean all , down to the scalp. I shampoo started off weekly but now every two weeks using a shampoo brush which stimulates blood flow and encourages hair growth. Then I deep conditioner with a plastic cap under a dryer for 30 minutes then rinse. Then I use a leave in conditioner, styling cream and seal with Argan oil. I oil my scalp with rosemary and peppermint oil( growth oils). I finger detangle my hair first then use a wide tooth comb. My protective style is twists and wigs. I only trim when necessary and when I trim, I trim the ends or dust them in twists. You cannot use a dull scissors or one you use to cut everything else because you’ll be creating more split ends. I always always sleep with a satin bonnet or satin scarf. And you gotta drink that water and leave that hair alone!!!! Don’t touch it again until wash day or you just going to moisturize it. Our hair grows but the key is retaining length. Check out KZbinr Glow Up with Paige. Love her routine.

It’s not a wash and go ooooh. My wash and go is much more defined than this. I’m surprised y’all are interested in this style cuz it’s my hair when it’s messy 😅😅😅😅.
