I didn’t get my degree to provide for a man. Why do men assume we get degrees for them? It’s not for them. I got my degree to provide for myself. I wanted to move out of my parents home. My parents are good people, but I felt like a little girl living there. When I moved into my first apartment, with my own money, I was able to activate my femininity naturally. I created my own schedule and wore sexier clothing to bed. I couldn’t wear that clothing in my parents home. I could explore who I am. Style my apartment in the decor that made me feel good. When I had my own money I could level up and really think about the man I wanted. I can’t explore who I am, if I went from daddy’s house to husband’s house. I needed that time in between to heal my childhood trauma and set my personality. When work at McD’s I couldn’t afford nothing, not even a manicure. However, when I got my degree and good job, I was able to level up so fast. I worked in a safe air conditioning office. I had health insurance and visited the obgyn. I had dental and got my teeth fixed. I bought better clothes. I moved into the rich side of town. I paid for a personal trainer. I’m leveled up, but men are intimidated now. I have too many degrees. Make up your mind, Sir. You want my luxury experience, but don’t want to acknowledge that I obtained it thru my own efforts. It’s a new era. Instead of dumbing women down, we should be encouraging men to level up. Catch up Guys! Being educated is a good thing.

I agree men are leaders therefore set the tone. When i met my husband i thought he was king but he himself slowly destroyed that image of himself with lack of motivation, anger issues, 50/50 mindset. 10 years later my respect for him is so low 🥴🥴. Sometimes when he does take charge i can feel myself melting to more feminine version of myself and then he asks to go half on something so small and i slowly can feel my ovaries disappear 🥴

I love this message. "Men desire us based on how we make them feel." A guy I was dating who was a provider type said I was so emotionally mature and that he just wanted to be around me. I noticed how relaxed he was and he opened up about things that were intimate (not sexual) about his family, etc and I'd just listen and comment if that was necessary. I could tell he felt at peace with me. Not to be confused with 'I was his peace' BUT that he felt at peace with me. We laughed, joked, had serious conversations too. It felt good and he liked that most.

You have to be addictive to be around.🎉…men LOVE JOY and peace. Happy bubbly and joyous women. do you take time to make yourself pretty? Do you have a routine for your skincare hair and beauty? Do you take care of yourself as in does your body look like you have a fitness routine ? Do you go to the gym? Do you drink water? Are you reading books ?going to cultural events that sets you apart from women he’s dated that all do the same thing every day? Because if you’re doing these things on your own that would be shown in your energy…. it’s a lot of work, but it’s a lot of unseen work that you’re doing on your own. I love this advice and I swear to God...i try hard to do this...sometimes. Listen, do you ever have encounters with the guys who try so hard to be extra impressive that it's like the man literally has no understanding of the idea of subtlety? And you try not to grin about it or roll your eyes but like...its so extra and cute that it's hard to take him seriously? Ugh, I'm so jaded, too, tho. This might be a tell of the kind of men I've dated, but I don't feel like men are trying to prove they can keep me safe. I feel like they try to get me in bed as fast as possible. I know that's not true of every man on earth and I have my own healing to do around that. I've just found it really challenging in the past. I just want to come into a healthier mindset around men and dating.

And you know what Jesse, everything starts with a thought first. Meaning the fact that you’re even evaluating self and realizing that you want to develop a better mindset is beautiful. And men, they do want to get us in bed lol. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t also wanting to show you he’s capable of having you in his life. Both can be true. Sounds like you’re starting a beautiful journey girly 💕

Men are attracted to visual first. To start this video off with how a man feels comes second in nature. Looking beautiful is very important. Keep yourself pretty. Keep yourself up. Hair nails feet; etc. then once you look good. Then he will see whether you’re able to hold a conversation with him. He wants a woman not just well kept and pretty. But a woman with a brain. Most older men looking for a woman to show off. But if you don’t have a brain you won’t go far!

I’ve been married for 13 years, I own a few businesses, I birthed his children, I’m a stay at home mom and homeschool. I agree and never worry about cheating. My husband cherishes me and treats me like the goddess that I am. He leaves home and brings home the bacon (even though my businesses bring in more income than he earns at his job). I don’t have to lift a finger. He does it because I respect him. I cherish him and treat him like a God. I love him unconditionally and do not take him for granted. I apologize when I’m wrong. I listen to understand with empathy when he speaks to me. I have s3x with him whenever he needs it. I keep my body right and my health in order. I keep our home in order. I feed him and cook for him etc…

@gethimgirls
@gethimgirls 8 күн бұрын
I’m definitely gonna tell you all is not lost because one thing about men is they tend to circle back. What I will say is, take this time to level up. Be selective of the content you’re watching. Don’t get wrapped up too much in the winning him over and really work on your transformation. Fix your reward system by practicing being in the moment and gratitude. Don’t rush his coming back. Fix those things so that when he comes back, it’s different.

I didnt watch the whole video, i had to go to work lol but i agree men want respect obviously but also think some men just brings that out of a woman. I tried to respect my husband but he wont budge with his 50/50 mindset and its the biggest turn off. How do you want to be listened to and thought of as if you are a provider but will go to the store to buy diapers and ask me to send half and you make more money than me?

We have to ask those questions while we are courting. I asked and understood. I thought it would be ok. My husband has more of a 80/20 thought on money. I'm praying about it because I entered into the marriage knowing this. Because he requires so much attention there is no way I can work and and take care of me and family and have the energy to be who he wants me to be most of the time. I will be making some improvements. Also continue to do what is right in God's eyes. That is what matters. God knows what we need. We can also make sure we are marrying someone that will be a 💯 provider if that's what we require from the start.
