I listened to this episode during a 45 minutes walk yesterday and i loved it! It really motivated me and I noted the points. The only one that doesn't work for me is the first one, waking up early. I'm an artist and always have been a night owl. Waking up early always gave me nausea. Now 2 kids later I'm forced to wake up with them and if I even attempted to wake up before them, they'd wake up and ruin it anyways ahah. I'm just much more fictional later on!
