BEFORE WE START :
PERFORM EXERCISES AT YOUR OWN PACE AND ABILITIES! TAKE YOUR TIME AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. WHENEVER YOU NEED - TAKE A BREAK OR CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT MOVE!
Your health is the most important thing and if you feel bad during the workout - stop. By performing a workout without supervision you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

The workouts I upload are usually low-impact and suitable for basically every age group and different fitness levels. It can help to:
maintain weight (with a balanced diet)
lose weight (with a balanced diet)
improve digestion
reduce bloating
improve mood
increase stamina
recover after trauma
keep your body and mind healthy
stay active on a busy or lazy day
stay active when you cannot take a walk outside
stay active when you are pregnant
and more!
However, it is important to mention that these workouts are not going to help you build muscle as we have no resistance training (weights).
Also, to make things clear, besides walking at home, I also do other types of workouts, such as pilates, hiking, dancing, some weight training, lots of walking outside, swimming, etc. - it really depends on my mood and every week is usually different. I just want to stay active and do whatever makes me feel good!

Holaaa. Saludando desde Ecuador. Espero que nadie subestime lo poderoso que puede ser estos ejercicios de caminata, me levantan el ánimo, me relajan, me muevo un poco, digiero mejor mi comida, rompo la postura de permanecer sentada, recostada o acostada en el mueble o la cama tantas horas. Además que me calientan lo suficiente para hacer yoga. De no hacer nada a hacer algo es bastante. No es necesario hacer rutinas súper pesadas para sentirse bien. Además poniéndole intención y movimientos fuertes una ya puede sudar y acelerar su corazón un montón. Gracias, Rovena, por estas alternativas, me salvan. Pd: De todas formas, tengo mal cardio, así que buscaré tus rutinas más fuertes porque tampoco negaré que las necesito.

Am I doing something wrong? Cause my smartwatch says I'm always in under zone doing this. Or is that good cause it should be relaxing and not fat burning? :) anyways love doing this during work breaks after eating my lunch

hey, the fat-burning heart rate is at about 70 percent of your maximum heart rate and in this routine you probably will not reach it:) and yes, this exercise is meant to help with digestion and just move so to feel good!
