Do This Before Hiring Family Members

What I did was worked for another company for 4 years before working for my cousin. Built up a good reputation with that company. Then when working for family you need to make the distinction between when they are family and when they are boss or coworkers. When I’m on the clock they aren’t family, when off the clock they are family.
