How did you find this stretch routine today? Let me know in the comments if you're doing this straight after a workout or on a rest day! 😊

Yet another fine Samuel Jordan video. Just the right cooldown and stretch after the full body kettlebell workout. You have a real gift. Thanks so much.

I loved this! Thank you. Loved that you had the timer so that when I was on the floor I didn't have to look at the screen to see if you changed or not even though you did say when you were changing it was still great to have the beeps. Loved the English accent as well! I'll check out some of your other videos. Love from Australia xo

I've gone around a bunch of workouts and I keep coming back here. imo, the best. Very calm and encouraging and the beep countdown is good. I would like to make a request? I'd like to learn more about form. I'd love to see a video about just one exercise, perfecting it. The Perfect Squat/Deadlift/Russian Twist, etc.

Hello from Finland once again, Jordan! This stretch really hit the spot, especially the last one, the cobra. Really highlighted that my lower back is the most troublesome part of my upper body; going to hit the cobra more often, and those hip circulations. Keeping up with the kettlebell workouts!

Hey! Thanks for the comment ☺️. Glad you enjoyed the stretches. If you’re feeling it in your lower back, maybe try doing this short bodyweight workout daily to strengthen your lower back? kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zn2vfKWllMRpeLMsi=v5aiobeYDVW99H1a Hope that helps! Keep up the good work ⚡️👊

Great stretch you got going here - liked it a lot! (The last one is a Sphinx - not a cobra! Just wanted to let you know. ;) )

Another week. Body weight is fluctuating every day, but I'm losing cm where I'm supposed to and gaining in the right places :)

Progression is *never* linear day to day and week to week, not for anybody! There is always fluctuation and it’s completely normal.. Tracking over months and years is when you start to see statistical progress, so consistency is key 💪. The most important thing though is feeling better and stronger. Sounds exactly like you’re on the right path. Keep it up!! You got this 💪👊
