You don't use triceps for a pullup and you don't use biceps for pushups, you do the biceps on the first one(pullups) and the triceps on that bench

The same way the bicep gets activated during a planche push up, the tricep muscle plays a greater stabilisation role in close grip pull ups. Compound movements require antagonistic muscles to activate

Dude has a great physique but doesn't understand basic biomechanics. Pull ups don't work triceps, not even as a stabilizer. Similarly, underhand pushups do not work biceps, maybe slightly as a stabilizer, but they are not working against gravity, so nothing substantial. But good work on the exercises, just sorely incorrect descriptions.

The only exercise that should be perfomed everyday is burpees, as it doesn't have that constant TUT like the rest of anaerobic exercises so you still work all the muscles without any injury even if done everyday + shreds your bodyfat. Meanwhile workouts like this video done everyday is a good recipe to injury people. Clickbait is not worth in exchange of damaging your followers.
